Is chiropractic care covered by OHIP or insurance?

Visiting a chiropractor can give you a better look at your overall health and wellness.

Chiropractic care is not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). However, you, like many Ontarians, may have an extended health care (EHC) group plan. This is a plan that your employer, union, trade or professional organization has set up as part of your workplace benefits package. If you’re self-employed, you can purchase an individual EHC plan from various health care insurance providers.

Targeted evidence based treatments for injuries of joints, muscles and nervous system. We treat everyone from babies to seniors. Our goal is to return your body to optimal health and keep it there!

Initial Assessment (with treatment)

$120 Initial Assessment is required prior to any treatments. We take a thorough patient history, conduct physical exams to understand the symptoms you are experiencing and help isolate the pain source and provide a diagnosis. An individual treatment plan will be created based on the individual needs of the patient.

Subsequent Chiropractic Treatment

Please schedule an initial assessment if you have never completed one with me. Subsequent chiropractic appointments are for basic chiropractic treatment

Subsequent Chiropractic Appointment (30 min)

$80 - Please schedule an initial assessment if you have never completed one with me. This appointment includes a full exercise protocol OR acupuncture.
